COVID-19 Office Update

As the world moves into a new working normal, we like many others are currently adapting to the current government guidelines regarding safe working.

Our offices are now open on Tuesday and Thursday between 10am and 1pm for clients to drop paperwork off and we remain in contact by email during our usual opening hours.  We have installed a drop-box for clients to place their records in and we ask that no more than one client is present in reception at any time.

We are continuing to review our office layout to remain fully compliant with the 2m distancing rule and this currently means that our usual meetings aren’t available however we have introduced e-signing and are also assessing various video conferencing options to see which is most suitable for our needs.

The safety of both our clients and our staff remains paramount, however the wheels of finance continue to turn and many of our clients have reached the end of another accounting year and require their annual accounts and tax returns to be processed, so we are striving to offer the best service we can under difficult conditions.

As more restrictions are lifted, we are looking to open the office further and a view to returning to normal operating hours as soon as we are able to.
